General Rules
Upon receiving your order, we will process and ship it within 2-7 business days. You will receive a notification indicating that your order has been shipped.
Payments
We accept payments through PayPal and the alternatives provided by Shopify when completing your order. You can use credit cards or bank transfers (with PayPal and Shopify). Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase before orders are processed.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns.
Postal Service
Once your order is confirmed and sent by postal mail, we are not responsible for incomplete addresses or deliveries to other mailboxes. You must file a claim directly with USPS and follow the appropriate procedure according to their policies.
If an order is returned due to an incomplete address, the customer must pay the shipping cost again. We do not provide refunds.
